1. Casting characteristics of high chromium alloy

High chromium alloy cast iron parts belong to white cast iron, because of the wide range of material crystallization temperature, easy to form coarse grains in the solidification process, its casting performance is poor, large shrinkage, low thermal conductivity, brittleness, in the casting prone to hot and cold cracking tendency, as well as shrinkage, shrinkage and other defects.

2. Characteristics of heating insulation riser and heating covering agent

The heating and thermal insulation riser is a riser sleeve made of thermal insulation material and heating material. When pouring, the heat released by the heating material in the riser heats the molten metal with lower temperature in the riser, and then the insulation material in the riser starts to burn and insulate, which reduces the heat loss of the molten metal and delays the solidification time of the molten metal in the riser.

The heating covering agent covers the surface of the open riser after the pouring of the iron liquid, which can effectively isolate the heat dissipation of the metal liquid through the upper surface of the riser, thus realizing the long-term feeding of the casting.
